About our Choir

The Bet Aviv choir welcomes all members of the congregation without regard to musical training or experience. If you have a desire to sing, have fun and can come to most of the rehearsals, we invite you to join us. Some songs are selected from the liturgy as we assist Cantor Marge in the musical component of the service. Others are selected from Israeli music to experience the melodies and rhythms of the history and culture of Israel.

The Bet Aviv Choir made their debut in April, 2005 at the Interfaith Musical Benefit.  They participate periodically in Shabbat and in High Holiday services.

The Bet Aviv Choir meets once or twice a month for rehearsals. If the choir sounds good to you (or you think you can make it sound better), please feel free to get in touch with Isaac Bankman or contact us.

The Bet Aviv Choir performs at the Interfaith Concert 2008.
